The first step in designing your web site is to define your goals for the project. Certain things need to be...

..... taken into consideration when the design process starts, the goals, the look and feel of your site, a lot of questions need to be answered to help understand your business and your needs.

During the questioning process, we make it our objective to attack you with our questions, so please be prepared.

• What are your marketing objectives for this project?
• Who is your audience and what are their expectations?
• What message are you trying to convey?
• What is the competitive landscape and what are your industry best practices?

In this step we also try to define what your budget may be. It is important that you develop an idea about this point because the solutions are many and in our experience we had prospective customers that get insulted for a too humble solution and we also had customers that resented an expensive one.

If you have at least the margins, between what your budget may be, that will mean to us that for sure you are a serious customer and we promise that we will give you a choice of at least three alternatives that cover your margins. If you don't have a budget yet, we want to listen you anyway and help you reach a budget.
